WaterFront chapter two, page 8
Dallas isn’t always this intense in the mornings, sometimes she doesn’t get up before noon. And welcome back, Riley!
To our personal mixed reactions, Riley’s part in chapter two has been slightly toned down – as the story progresses, we want characters to take turns in the spotlight, and it is Dallas’ turn to shine. We will admit that Dallas has not been shown at her shiniest just yet, but we have great faith in her.
Meanwhile, we continue to tinker at the site, to make it as attractive as possible! You, being our captive audience are of course more than welcome to share your personal opinions on our progress in the comments-sections – but at the same time, feel free to bring in friends and family, so that they too may marvel at our astonishing aesthetics (and alliterative allure)!
Next week: words! Check back soon!

Chowder for breakfast? The universe you’ve created just keeps getting more and more magical!
“Chowder for breakfast?!” was pretty much Richard’s reaction when I showed the drawing and he noticed that I had changed “porridge” into “chowder”. My reasoning however was: do people, who permanently reside on the ocean surface, eat porridge? While grains and milk certainly exist in this world, these “exotic land-products” might be hard to come by, while seafood is in abundance, hence: breakfast chowder, the breakfast of champions! (though it might actually be very healthy).
Rudy and I are both very much in favour of credible world-building – although I admit, he really had to sell this one to me.
However, my scripts are not set in stone, and Rudy’s creative input does not go unheeded!
